	- To guide junior team members in ServiceNow best practices
 
	- Overall understanding of ServiceNow Platform and Architecture
 
	- Enthusiastic to take up new challenges and learn new ServiceNow Modules
 
	- Proactive in suggesting new solutions, approach, automation to efficiently manage and prioritize the workload and drive automation in manual activities for team and client.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Ability to provide ServiceNow data analytics reports in support of business operations
 
	- Good knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
 
	- Tickets handling skill in ServiceNow
 
	- Taking ownership for technical solutions
 
	- Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards for the governance meetings
 
	- Experience in Flow designers, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB and Asset Management
 
	- Support and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB with CSDM Framework
 
	- Ability to understand existing implementation / develop complex ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Client side, Service side, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI policies)
 
	- Integration Hub
