JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of software support in projects to the customers.
  • Service support at regional level
  • Hands-on experience with support on ASP.net and should have supported at least 2 projects.
  • Providing technical support to end customers & sales teams.
  • Installation, training and warranty support to end- customers.
  • Understanding the different Barcode products and give proper suggestion to the client.
  • Responsible for Presales activity, assist sales team in product demos & application usage.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Communicate product & customer feedback.
  • Knowledge of relational database architecture and design.

Desired Candidate Profile

BCA/ MCA or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in software support on SQL database, ASP.Net role in IT hardware products or packaging industry or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capturing) industry.

  • Excellent understanding of End to End AIDC solutions.
  • C#, .Net, asp.net, SQL Server, Vb, VB.net
  • Problem diagnosis skill.
  • Work Smartly and Calmly under Pressure.
  • Excellent decision making skill.
