Mandatory Requirements to fulfill the demands of this role Must Haves
Clear communication skills, including promoting courses and LD content
Ability to collaborate with SME s and work with global remote teams
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
(Articulate Rise360) or Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline and LMS platforms or any
other Instructional Design tool.
Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of instructional theories and
principles in both on-line and classroom learning.
Excellent project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications
Certification on Instructional Design and relevant authoring tools.
Certification in Project management
Knowledge and experience of programing
Experience or knowledge around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Preferred experience working within intranet sites including Confluence
