Role: To source & mobilize candidates as per requirements

Job Description:

1. Source candidates by approaching Colleges, headhunting, tele calling, using Job Portals and all possible means for getting candidates on Board for various client requirements.

2. Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis.

3. Interact with college campuses and ensure maximum number of candidates are being sourced by building rapport with the Training & Placement Office and Management of the Colleges in allotted area.

4. Should be able to source candidates from all possible sources and must be proactive in terms of presenting the end to end recruitment support.

5. Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by client for hiring Sales Candidates.

6. Present report on regular basis.

Critical Attributes:

1. Good understanding of the sourcing of candidates, connecting candidates from the campus, coordinating and organising campus recruitment drives.

2. Energetic and passionate about sourcing right candidate for various client as per the desired time frames.

3. Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibility Area:

1. On boarding candidates from different sourcing for various Bank Assignment monthly.

2. Manage end to end of the sourcing cycle and ensure candidates are being on boarded for the Client Project.

Please Note:

1. The above mentioned open position is completely work from home job, on need-basis they will be travelling to conduct various recruitment drive in their allocated zone.

2. They are also eligible for Incentive policy based on their monthly closure.
