Key responsibilities

• • • Conducting outdoor promotions, road shows, cold calls and generating leads in the assigned territory
    •  
    • Giving in-person demonstrations to prospective buyers and taking orders
    •  
    • Collecting payments and delivering the ordered products to customers
    •  
    • Following up with the customer until completion of the installation | order execution
    •  
    • Participating in the routine in-house training programs and mock sessions
    •  
    • Achieving the minimum input and sales targets as stipulated by the company from time to time
    •  
    • Submitting reports on field activities | MIS on a daily basis to the Sales Manager

    Desired Profile Education :

    Graduates | Diploma-ITI Holders
    (Candidates with relevant sales experience who do not meet the above norms will also be considered)

    Experience :

    1-5 years in Field Sales. Freshers will be considered for trainee positions
    Having a valid two wheeler driving license with a good driving skills is an advantage

    Others :

    Good communication skills, Hardworking
    Stamina to work in a result-oriented environment
    Read, understand and follow QMS documentation procedures
    High level of personal integrity and ethics
    Must pass pre-employment tests (including background checks)
