Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization Manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights from it Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods.
- Throughout Application Development, Interact with various stakeholders, like Business Owner, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Test Managers and Peers to understand requirements and resolve dependencies.
- Review policies and procedures periodically to adapt to and evolve with changing business needs.
- Defining Tableau Governance processes, policies, Standards and guidelines.
- Good understanding of Tableau Server/Site Admin role.
- Hands on experience on various data source connectivity.
- Plan and execute the Tableau deployment and implement the organizations vision for modern analytics.
- Recruits with official certifications, python/Scala/spark/data engineering experience, UX design/Human Cantered design experience are preferable
- At Least two End to End Tableau Design & implementations with High Availability
- Extensive experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data.
- Experience in defining access control levels for different types of users, and communicating the requirements to the Tableau Server team to apply the same to the workbooks.
- In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools.
- Hands on experience to deploy and set up multi tenet Tableau environment in line with business expectation.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization Enterprise-level experience in data presentation.
- Utilise your expert knowledge and experience using SQL / Teradata / SAS and at times Hadoop to interrogate data for investigations during project work
