Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Teynampet, Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements to on-boarding.
• Source and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open and future positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Great time management and prioritization skills

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, particularly if you have experience recruiting technical roles in an IT Consultancy environment.
• Great communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong Negotiator
• understanding of the particularities of the recruitment market in India.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
