We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Exe/Lead in Bangalore and Chennai.The resource will be deployed with a reputed IT MNC in their Ed-Tech division on the payroll of Savantis Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a part of the recruitment team, the resource is responsible to hire:-

• Multiple IT Skills professional.
• Trainers on different IT Skills.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to understand and full fill of the requirements.
• Coordinating with the panel for scheduling interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3 to 7 years in technology hiring
2. Must have prior exposure from Ed-tech hiring.
3. Exposure to social media, LinkedIn, Facebook hiring.
4. Must be available for Work from the Office 
5. Good in vendor coordination and if required source by self as well
6. Result and time-oriented.
7. Excellent communciaiton skill.
8. Initially ok to work on

Resource should be available to work from Office only as the client is not having work from home/hybrid mode of working anymore.
