  • Client partner
  • People Management
  • Performance Management of IT Service Desk Engineer/Technical Support Agent.
  • Handled voice technical support
  • Enforcement of Client SOPs.
  • SLA Management.
  • Shrinkage/Attrition Management
  • Monitor and track KPIs.
  • Aware of all the metrics/KPIs.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) into Technical Support.
  • Working with project tracking, knowledge repository and operations management.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation/BE, diploma/certification in networking/ hardware.

Overall 6-8 Years of work experience with an organization of repute with currently profile working as Team Lead.

Should be Comfortable working in shifts, and US time zone.

Excellent Communication Skills

Hands on experience managing a Team of Technical Support Associates

Available for joining with in 15 Days of Time Frame
