Roles and Responsibilities

At least 8 years of experience as IT Recruitment of which 3 years as Lead/Manager.

  • Singapore Market experience mandatory. 2 years of recent experience in SG recruitment
  • Aware of Singapore employment pass regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Ability to motivate recruitment team
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
