Roles and Responsibilities
At least 8 years of experience as IT Recruitment of which 3 years as Lead/Manager.
- Singapore Market experience mandatory. 2 years of recent experience in SG recruitment
- Aware of Singapore employment pass regulations
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Ability to motivate recruitment team
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
