Job Details & Responsibilities
- Research and identify solutions to dialer, software, and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including dialer, account setup, and network configuration
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Creating and managing user accounts in Aspect 7.3
- Aspect servers maintenance.
- Creating and managing services in Aspect
- Numbers blocking and unblocking
- Creating Table Definition and Call Data Definition and mapping to the service.
- Creating and managing disposition plans
- Assigning services to the users and providing UD,EM, and RTR access.
- Creating and managing PRI resource group in Aspect using URM.
- Assigning and shuffling PRI to the services in the Aspect dialer.
- Creating and managing campaigns in Ameyo.
- Creating Table Definition and Agent data definition on Ameyo.
- Creating and managing user accounts in Ameyo 4.8
- Create process, campaigns, Agent table definition, and mapping.
- Assigning and shuffling SIP to the campaigns in Ameyo dialer.
