• Minimum 10 years of total IT experience.
• Must be from application development background
• Must have worked on at least one Object Oriented programming knowledge (Java/.NET/Other) for the successful implementation of mid-large scale project.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies especially on scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder management
• Self starter with an ability to manage a team of upto 20 members including developers, Leads and BSEs
• Prior experience working with MNCs would be a plus
• Prior experience working in an international and cross cultural team would be a plus
• Understanding or experience of Japanese work culture
• Must be able to effectively coordinate with the client as well as FCIPL side support functions (IT, Admin, Procurement)

Desired Candidate Profile

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be a plus.
