About the Role:
We are seeking for a IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is based in Chennai and you will be reporting directly to Head of TA. In this role you must be able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple searches and deliver candidates within a set deadline. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of various technologies, salary and benefit packages, able to deal with contract and full-time employees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for the US region.
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying the right candidates.
- Source candidates through major online job boards, social media etc.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates and identify competent candidates.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in W2 and C2C.
- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract requirements.
- Experience working with direct clients, VMS/MSP client preferred vendors.
- Ensure financial goals and objective are met or exceeded while adhering to full compliance on all company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate, timely and complete daily performance report analyses.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiations skills.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a recruiting technical candidate in IT.
- Experience in hiring highly skilled software engineer.
- Possess strong people skills and able to talk to candidates from all levels.
- Resourceful, quick learner and can work on different requirements at the same time.
- Proven ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using a ATS system.
- Bachelor's or masters degree or equivalent.
