Roles and Responsibilities
- Work and assist in creating, editing, and reviewing comprehensive technical documents such as user guides, product functional documents, online help system, release notes for software products
- Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts and co-ordinate the reviews and maintain technical documents to ensure its consistency and alignment with the latest version of the product
- Analyze the information elicited to create accurate and reliable material that can be understood by technical and non-technical users
Desired Candidate Profile ( Immediate joiners are preferred )
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Have good patience in learning new technologies and good analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, excellent verbal and writing skill with unblemished grammar expertise
- Possess a good understanding of Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC) and documentation review cycle
- Exhibit proper time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and deliverables
Note: Certification in Technical Writing from a recognized institute
