> Analyzing the given requirements and raising clarifications upfront

> Designing the Test cases for Positive and Negative scenarios as per the requirements

> Performing Functional, Integration and Regression testing, raising the bugs if any

> Closely working with the Development team for bug fixes

> Documenting the test approach followed for testing

> Deriving the amount of Test Coverage that is appropriate for the project and take the concurrence of Dev Manager / Project Manager about the coverage to be achieved. Also responsible for Requirements Traceability Matrix

> Executing test cases and reporting test results

> Raising defects in defect tracking tool

> Preparing/contributing towards Estimation and Sizing of testing activities

> Performing metrics collection and status reporting

> Following the defined QA processes

Qualifications:

> 2 to 5 yrs testing experience

> ISTQB Certification

> Very good working Knowledge of white box testing

> Hands on experience on database SQL programming

> In-depth knowledge of best testing practices

> Experience in project auditing

> Experience in client facing role onsite/offshore

> Experience in any industry standard testing tool (ALM, JIRA)

> Good communication skill
