Roles and Responsibilities

he Windows & VM System Administrator will be is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environment
• Strong Understanding of virtualization on VMWare and Citrix technology
• Good Understanding of MIM / AZURE / Intune
• Experience on VMware ESX 3.0, 3.5 and on V sphere would be preferable.
• Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center. Understanding of power shell scripting
• Good hands on command line of ESX.
• Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.
• Good understanding of HA and DRS environment.
• Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.
• Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers. WINDOWS:
Operational support
• Identify, report, troubleshoot, and escalate negative trends, Incidents and Problems in accordance with Integris processes
• Resolve or assist in Resolving Incidents and Problems in accordance with applicable Service Levels and escalate to Third Party Providers or Integris
• Support and maintain job processing schedules
• OS/ Security patch update
• OS Installation and IMAC
• Handling/ Setting/Configuring Servers.
• Installation and Configuration of Domain Controllers.
Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows 2003 servers, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA, Antivirus.
Administration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft ISA Proxy Server.
Implementation, administration of Active Directory and Group Policies.
Working in 24X7 global environment.
