Designation: Tech Lead

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies(.Net)

Salary: Upto 18L CTC( Decent hike from Last Drawn CTC)

Notice Period: Immediate (15 Days max)

Location: Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify system requirements for new or/and existing applications

2. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues

3. Participate and contribute to Architecture and Design Solutions.

4. Lead team Developers to meet the deliverables

5. Design, Develop, Unit Test and document code according to the requirements of the project

6. Conduct code review of junior members

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Develop, maintain, and support programs/tools for internal and external customers

9. Ensures work items are according to coding and other standards

10. Create wireframes and diagrams for project components

11. Ensure our software documents are up to date

12. Perform root cause analysis for critical issues

13. Recognizes difficult situations and works to manage potential conflicts

14. Contributes to development of work plans for components of engagements

15. Design, implement & deploy applications on UAT / Production machine

16. Ensure the application / database backups are up to date

17. Communicates effectively with client team members. Presents and discusses work results clearly.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as ASP.NET 4.X and above, .Net Core, C#.Net, ADO.Net, MVC, JSON and Web Api

2. Experience in creating database schema using SQL Server 2014 and above. knowledge on MongoDB or Cosmos DB is a plus

3. Exposure to Microsoft Azure is mandatory

4. Strong technical knowledge on scripting languages like Javascript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3

5. Better understanding of Agile methodologies and of DevOps integration

6. Strong knowledge in design patterns and principles and best practices

7. Experience in code versioning tools like Git\ TFS\ BitBucket, etc

8. Strong in IIS 7.X or above

9. Experience in Session Management, Exception Handling & Logging, IOC and DI

10. Work experience with Repository Pattern, Unit of Works and Microservices pattern is a plus

11. Experience in automation testing using selenium \ TestNg is a plus

Knowledge of Tools

1. Knowledge of tools: Visual Studio 2015 or higher, VS Code, SSMS, GIT/TFS, Windows 7 or higher

2. Knowledge on technologies like Service Bus, Blob, Microservices, Cosmos db etc.

3. Knowledge of any modeling tool like draw.io, MS Visio, etc.

4. Strong in OWASP 10 best practices

5. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
