Job Description:


We are looking for a seasoned Sales professionals in dealer management.


Boom Motors is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter; well experienced in dealer management.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Find new locations for launching dealerships in cities.
  • Retail Sales - Manage E-T-B-R (Enquiry, Test Drive, Booking, and Retail).
  • Plan and execute activation for enquiry generation.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of test drive (from all enquiry sources.
  • Ensure accuracy and authenticity of booking data.
  • Achieve retail as per targets, VDN (Vehicle delivery note) Vs Retail ratio.
  • Focus on processes to improve conversion ratio (CVR.
  • Ensure accuracy and authenticity of DMS data.
  • Plan for sales for 'N' Month.
  • Manpower Productivity - Identify training needs and ensure effectiveness.
  • Motivate and retain manpower by rewards and incentives.
  • Ensure Adherence to Sales story.
  • Digital Conversion - Ensure adoption of digital tools: Test Drive anytime anywhere (TDAA), Personal voice assistant (PVA), Bring Showroom Home (BSH), Virtual Reality (VR) and Tablets to maximize CVR.
  • Ensure adequacy and quality of Digital engagement managers.
  • Dealer working capital rotation.
  • Ensure Branding to PoS is taken care for a dealer.
  • Ageing of stock- Ensure dealer market outstanding reduction, Aging stock liquidation, forecasting for N+1 month Plan and execute activation for enquiry generation
  • Train sales and service staff before every launch.
  • Spend considerable time with dealers and understand their challenges and offer solutions.
  • Ensure that every dealership is making record sales in every city we enter.
  • Coordinate with PR team and assist dealers with exposure in media.
  • Make sure google ratings are great for each dealer.

  • Any Bachelors degree or above.
  • Basic Social media skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Good PPT or Canva skills

• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal skills.
