Face of analytics and work as a partner to senior development, product management, and business unit leaders, process owners to identify, develop and drive key analytics and reporting projects relevant to the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders (senior leaders in business, product, process, development domains) to define, develop, and monitor critical business metrics.
Analyse and share business trends with reasoning with management teams.
Exhibit deep data insights, as well as business model understanding, to create reporting and dashboards for business that un-earth issues/trends not easily spotted by business teams.
Execute quantitative analysis that translates data from multiple systems into actionable insights.
Drive data driven decision making culture across business teams.
Research, review, and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging the processes.
Make data driven decisions for future changes/enhancements in the product based on analysis of metrics.
Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting needs.
Data modelling and creation of both logical and physical data models for effective and efficient reporting and TAT on frequent requests.
Work with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into statistical models.
Coordinate with Development, Product Management, and business unit heads to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
