JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

  • Generate inquiries and leads through various marketing activities as cold calling, campaigning, data scrubbing on Social Networking sites, business forums and following up leads till final closure
  • Participate in events and exhibitions to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee
  • Interview and Recruit new Franchisee s (FCs), development of existing FCs To develop and implement a franchisee expansion strategy across India, Ensuring an innovative and consistent approach to franchisee recruitment, including advertising; responding to enquiries; processing applications; organizing and delivering information; orientation sessions; interviewing and assessing applicants
  • Preparation and conduction of Franchise Business Responsible for managing the Franchise expansion list, including defining appropriate market parameters
  • Responsible for setting national targets in relation to franchisee expansion within India
  • Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
  • Prepare Franchise Operational Manual, Signing of New Franchise Agreement, Product training and Management of FCs to achieve the business target
  • Responsible for effectively marketing the franchise business proposition to potential new franchisees, reviewing and improving key franchisee recruitment processes, such as information sessions, the interview process and new instructor (franchisee) support
  • Supervising Operation of Existing FC learning center
  • Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the advertising strategy and reviewing where appropriate, to ensure efficient R.O.I
  • To build and maintain thorough product knowledge through completion of Eye Level Products
  • To work closely with other teams to identify any issues and concerns regarding FC recruitment and implement change as and when required and/or directed

Desired Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as Franchise/ Dealer Recruitment Manager in any industry, preferably from Education Industry
  • Preferably full time Post Graduate
  • Excellent command and fluent in English and Hindi language
  • Must have excellent communication and Leadership skills with self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience of Statistical Analysis, with demographic data to identify key targeting markets
