Position: Linux Embedded Developer.

Location: Bangalore and Coimbatore

Notice Period: immediate to 30 days

Exp - 3+ yrs

Job Description:

Must Have:

Mandatory to have - Linux and Yocto experience.

Very Important Creating / Modifying custom Linux Images using the Yocto Framework, Scripting (Bash, Shell)
Important Updating Linux BSP (Drivers, etc), Backporting, Patching from official repositories
Important Understanding of Open Source Software principles and usage in commercial products (can be trained)
Important Linux Experience Administration, Services, Firewall, DBus
Preferred - Jenkins, git (can be trained or part of DevOps)
Nice to have Network manager / configuration understanding
Nice to have – C/C++

Good to Have:

Knowledge in Agile-Software-Development and Development tools like (SVN, GIT, Eclipse or Intellij, Jira, Confluence)

1. Experience working in Linux platforms Mandatory 4-5 yrs

2. Customization of Linux Images using the Yocto Framework Mandatory 2-5 yrs

3. Network infrastructure / configuration understanding Preferred 1-2 yrs

4. Embedded C/C++ Preferred 1-2 yrs
