Roles and Responsibilities
- Embedded Hardware High level and Detail Design experience
- Managing Embedded Systems Full life cycle Firmware & HW Development projects
- Manage Projects in Medical / Industrial applications involving different design phases of
the product development
- Applying Standards to Projects standards (ISO 13485. IEC 62304, IEC 601010)
- Good communication skills .
- Experience in Realtime systems, 16 bit / 32 bit controllers
- Experienced in developing Hardware architecture , Platforms for products
- Support hardware teams Working jointly with HW and SW Technical leads & Experts to
deliver Solutions
- Complete knowledge of SDLC process , capable to perform RCA, implement Corrective
and preventive action.
- Experience in HW development for regulated products like Medical, Aerospace or
Automotive
- Should have strong knowledge in pre-compliance and compliance testing and certification
process.
- Should be able to plan competency development for team members, Provide feedback
and guide them through.
- Use Design Tools like Configuration and version control tools like Cadence, SI, Altium, DSO
, SI , Pspice, PVCS, VSS , Doors etc. Status reporting, Project management
- Good in risk management and stakeholder management.
- Should have managed a small team and successfully delivered at least more than two
projects.
