Role and Responsibilities:

To lead and manage the Construction division of our group company to achieve the business objective and deliver efficient service to the customer.

Provide Subject matter expertise

Design and define the operational process to achieve the business objective

Review & Recruit operational team to attain the desired target

Support business development team to acquire new customers

Responsible for on time customer delivery

Responsible for providing the critical MIS to the Management with the Mitigation Plan for risks, incidents and abnormalities.

Ensure adherence of all quality standards across the Organization(People,Process and Systems).

Responsible for all compliances measures. Ensure adherence of safety procedures and norms as per safety guidelines and client location safety policy.

Bring continual improvement in the processes and establish SOPs and implement.

Develop & Maintain rapport with existing customers to enhance customer relationship

Responsible for crisis management

Responsible for the budgeting control, submit the same and get management approval

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Civil Engineering

Candidate must have 15 plus years of experience in construction industry, preferably in industrial building projects

Strong experience in PEB and Steel structures construction.
