Location: Bangalore

Shift:4.30 pm to 1.30 am

Notice :0 to 15 days

Desired skill sets

Strong awareness of US healthcare process as well as its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and:

• Sound knowledge in multispecialty denial management coding working with payment integrity, claims adjudication, prepay & post-pay coding

OR

• Sound knowledge in provider side coding specialties such as:
• Evaluation & Management (E&M), Surgery, Pathology, Anesthesia, Radiology, Oncology, Transportation, DME, etc.

Desired Qualifications (Including certifications)

• Must be CPC or CCS certified (or any other equivalent certifications from AAPC / AHIMA).
• Should be a minimum under graduate (10+2+3), preferably with life science background (B.Sc., Bio-Chemistry / Bio-Technology, Microbiology, B. Pharma, BPT, BDS, etc.)
• NB: Should not consider HCC and/or ED only candidates

Desired years of experience

Minimum 3.5 years of experience in medical coding (preferably multispecialty denial management coding) specifically processing claims in specialties such as:

• Evaluation & Management Coding (IP&OP), Surgery, Pathology, Anesthesia, Radiology, Oncology, Transportation, DME, etc.

OR

• Currently working as a Quality Analyst with 2-3 years of audit experience in specialties such as:
• Evaluation & Management (IP & OP), Surgery, Pathology, Anesthesia, Radiology, Oncology, Transportation, DME, etc.es and Responsibilities
