Job Description

  • Determined Technical Recruiters / Head-hunters with solution driven approach.
  • Minimum 1yr of Experience in hiring through Job Portals Naukri, Indeed /social media.
  • Should be able to handle team.
  • Takes pride in identifying right candidate for the right job.
  • IT Recruitment Experience is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to source relevant profiles from portals and LinkedIN (Resdex exp is must)
  • Briefing candidates on the opportunities and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Headhunt for niche skills and create a pipeline for upcoming positions.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications as per JD and assist in Conduct interviews and manage candidates by keeping them engaged during recruitment process.
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Also, build strong rapport with the internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure closure on the position with TAT.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
