Qualification: Any Graduation with Excellent Communication
Experience: Candidate should have 1-2 yrs of Talent Acquisition experience in IT Recruitment.
- Determined Technical Recruiters / Head-hunters with solution driven approach.
- Minimum 1yr of Experience in hiring through Job Portals Naukri, Indeed /social media.
- Should be able to handle team.
- Takes pride in identifying right candidate for the right job.
- IT Recruitment Experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to source relevant profiles from portals and LinkedIN (Resdex exp is must)
- Briefing candidates on the opportunities and maintaining a candidate database.
- Headhunt for niche skills and create a pipeline for upcoming positions.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications as per JD and assist in Conduct interviews and manage candidates by keeping them engaged during recruitment process.
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Also, build strong rapport with the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure closure on the position with TAT.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
