Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reach client base via linkedin, email, phone calls.
• Communicate over email with best corporate communication practices.
• Coordinate the deliverables between the vendors and the clients.
• Ensure speckless service delivery via proactive outreach to vendors and ensuring commitment to timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports to be shared with our vendors and senior management.

• You need to be a multi-tasker coordinating with multiple spokes for timely delivery.
• You need to have an eye for detail, formatting, aesthetics in your communication and project delivery.

• Preference for people with 2+ years of experience in project management or digital marketing.

Job Description:

You will work as a SPOC between our vendors and clients. Your task will be to coordinate all activities and become the medium of both written and oral communication. You will be required to work with strict timelines and to meet quality parameters.
