Build and mine existing accounts, Managing End to End Recruitment activities of Permanent Hiring for Clients
Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements, and is aligned.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
Analysing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
Responsible to achieve individual and team's Revenue Target.
Constant engagement with the Tech talent community - screening, sourcing, attending events etc
Be a trusted advisor to client hiring managers, working closely with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements
