Skills Required

  • Prior experience in the IT Recruitment Industry is required
  • Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, and relationship building.

  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment, Need to be Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be target driven and resulted oriented person
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Experience in team handling between 4 - 6 Recruiters.

Job Description

  • Build and mine existing accounts, Managing End to End Recruitment activities of Permanent Hiring for Clients
  • Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements, and is aligned.
  • Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
  • Analysing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements.
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
  • Responsible to achieve individual and team's Revenue Target.
  • Constant engagement with the Tech talent community - screening, sourcing, attending events etc
  • Be a trusted advisor to client hiring managers, working closely with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements
