Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, preparing and collating report filing
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
The candidate should exude a high level of professionalism and be a quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand new responsibilities.
As well as the organization and control of the maintenance of the site.
Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Taking care of the MD's traveling, lodging and other arrangements when required.
You are in charge of the processing of the daily elements of the payroll but also of the current administrative management of the company.
You will also ensure a good welcome and training process for the new employees.
Organising your managers diary and making appointments.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company at all times
Maintaining Record (Documents etc.)

Qualification- Any Graduate
Effective Communication Skills- both English and Hindi, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working
Good knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, and excel.
