  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Direct report to the company's director
  • Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of reporting manager.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating report filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • The candidate should exude a high level of professionalism and be a quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand new responsibilities.
  • As well as the organization and control of the maintenance of the site.
  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Taking care of the MD's traveling, lodging and other arrangements when required.
  • You are in charge of the processing of the daily elements of the payroll but also of the current administrative management of the company.
  • You will also ensure a good welcome and training process for the new employees.
  • Organising your managers diary and making appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company at all times
  • Maintaining Record (Documents etc.)

  • Qualification- Any Graduate
  • Effective Communication Skills- both English and Hindi, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working
  • Good knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, and excel.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Dynamic-willing and able to multi-task
  • Technically strong and smart
  • Experience-Minimum 1 Year
