Job Description :

Role: Project Management Responsibility: As a Project Manager he will be responsible for

1. Executing the project.

2. Coordination with customer and internal team

3. Responsible for helping customer to advise appropriate solution

4. Responsible for sharing project status and escalating it to higher management where required.

5. Responsible to grooming team members

6. Responsible for creating project plan

7. Responsible for managing customer satisfaction

We are looking for Project manager with banking background with below JD: Must Have skills

Deep understanding of Project Management and Agile practices and principles

Experience in managing banking domain projects .

Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.

Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Ability to explain and present technical solutions Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships

Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information

Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support

Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

Capable of assisting with the design of solutions and mentoring other developers within the same team

Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients

Prior experience working with remote teams

Willing to travel to onshore for short/ long duration

Good to have: CSM certification or any certification for Agile project management/ Project management
