Designation: Associate
Division: Ecommerce
Role: B2B Seller Support [THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE]

 

Experience: At least 6 months in voice process (Excellent Spoken English Skills)

Job Responsibilities -

  • Responsible for end-to-end Seller Account Management.
  • Ability to manage allocated sellers to meet the set goals.
  • Drive GMV, Listings, Promotions, Inventory, and Geographic expansion.
  • Seller Escalation Management understands and solves seller problems.
  • Re-activating inactive sellers.
  • Guiding sellers on listing best practices.
  • Educating sellers on clients' product/process/policy know-how.
  • Combine business and data insights to help sellers scale their businesses.
  • Plan and drive key business initiatives across sellers to enhance seller health.
  • Create joint business plans with Top Sellers to get nonlinear business growth.

Location- Remote

Days- 6 days (Sunday off)

Shift- General 9 hours (no rotational)

Employment- 6 months contractual (no bond, performance basis)

Salary- up to 14k take home (including internet allowance)
