The incumbent is part of the Technology & Customer experience’ VP’ship in the organization of Hindustan Wellness. This is a new position and he/she will be reporting and working directly with the VP. This position will not have any direct team to manage.
His/her main responsibilities will be, but not limited to –

• Gather and analyze data and provide technology solutions with a
systems approach

  • Help the company develop or maintain a competitive edge by
  finding and delivering data-backed insights into potential markets,
  competitors, and even customer behavior
• Technology envisioning
  • Work towards achieving goals which keeps the business future
  ready w.r.t Technology and Data science applications in healthcare
  industry.
  • Explore application of concepts like AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT in the
  healthcare industry.
• Data analytics
  • Explore seamless integration of data analytics with all technology
  products to enhance customer experience, increase revenues and
  drive efficiency within the organization.
• Digitalization
  • Identify available software / Technologies in the market which can
  solve business problems without the need to build anything in-
  house.
  • Help the business digitally transform and modernize various
  departments in the organization.
• Others
  • Support the VP in identifying and resourcing the right talent to
  build an optimal Technology and data analytics team
  • Support the VP in getting relevant software related audits and
  certifications like SOC2, SEI CMMI etc.
• What will be a typical day at work look like?
  • Engaging with technology development team and tracking
  progress
  • Meeting various department heads in the organization to look for
  business improvement opportunities
  • Interacting with outside world to do market research and
  competitive analysis
  • Analyzing data and tracking KRAs/KPIs
  • Sitting with VP Technology for daily / weekly alignment
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the company’s
  leadership team.
• Minimum Required Qualification –
  • MBA degree from a university in India or abroad.
  OR
  • If no MBA degree, is there then minimum 3 years of work
  experience in similar role related to business analyst.
