Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard vendor partners for servicing requirements of Delivery partners and bike riders
- Practise lead generation activities online and offline
- Follow Up with the existing channel partners to ensure timely fulfillment of demand from client side.
- Coordinate with supervisors and identify hiring needs
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with the channel partners during the onboarding process
- Promote the company's reputation and benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in account management and Sales is required
- Should have a good knowledge about the bluecollar workers
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Prior experience in vendor management with clients like Swiggy, zomato, shadowfax, dunzo etc is a plus.
