Job Responsibilities,
- Work to develop interest with clients, working with General Business and Large Accounts sales team to differentiate Softcell value with consultative selling to shape and influence client initiatives.
- Assist the sales teams qualify, build and close opportunities leveraging consulting to deliver differentiated value to clients
- Lead shaping client thinking & direction through strategy and business optimization consulting
- Collaborating with the products team to drive and build unique solution offerings and Autonomously drive the GTM of the offerings at the customer
- Collaborating with account teams, drive deals through close
- You will educate the Softcell account teams on our SecureShield Services value proposition to drive growth of our outcome-based solutions
- Help to exceed customer expectations by identifying impactful user cases that enable people to transform their businesses with our services
- Evangelize overall portfolio across difference teams
- Develop and design strategies to capture/expand the Market.
- Plan and oversee promotions activities including online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Planning and developing high calibre presentations and sales & Digital strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a thorough knowledge various cultures.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in similar industry (IT) and in-depth product knowledge.

Pre-requisites
The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills and experience in customer management, development, enterprise consulting and development solutions, including:
- Strong consultative selling skills on SOC Services.
- Great communication skills with technical and business stakeholders to quickly understand the problems from customer and able to drive solutions for customers.
- Can articulate the "Why Softcell" proposition with strong presentation skills
- 10 years Min of total experience.
- Reasonable background in IT Security Services and Technologies
- Exposure to various methodologies, best practices and technologies.
- Experience which demonstrates a strong level of expertise required to sell Enterprise Security and/or Networking and Cloud solutions
- Cloud security or SOC experience
- In-depth knowledge in the enterprise security space both from a technology and a business driver standpoint. Demonstrable experience in solution creation for these environments.
- Experience and track record of working with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
- Effective and persuasive communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
- Strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace
