We are looking for creative/ banner designers with exceptional design skills. In this role you will be responsible for working with AdElement customers and analysts to interpret their needs, develop & design banner ad concepts to suit their purpose and connect emotionally with consumers. Thinking creatively to produce new and innovative concepts, researching and staying abrest with design trends and tools like Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and being very detail oriented are key requirements for this role.

Experience

•1-3 Years in a Designer role

Required Skills

•Strong Design skills. Must be comfortable with Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator

•Good knowledge of ActionScript 2. 0 & 3. 0

•Good understanding of color schemes, layouts, typography

Optional Skills

•Familiarty with HTML, CSS, HTML5

•Familiarty with online advertising
