Roles and Responsibilities
This position interacts with customers to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries about products and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions for their problem via phone or email. Also make sure to follow up to ensure resolution.
- Attracts potential customers by answering products questions and suggesting information about other products also.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Maintaining a proper record of the customers data, by updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
- Excellent verbal in Hindi, English and written communication skills.
- Strong Phone and Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
