Roles and Responsibilities

 

 

This position interacts with customers to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries about products and maintain high customer satisfaction.

 

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions for their problem via phone or email. Also make sure to follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering products questions and suggesting information about other products also.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Maintaining a proper record of the customers data, by updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
  • Excellent verbal in Hindi, English and written communication skills.
  • Strong Phone and Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
