SIM Card Management (Documentation according to the deployed SIM Cards at the client site) .
Service report entries for Maintenance, New installation re- installation.
Database of the deployed devices on the portal and at the client site.
Database of the generated DIMTS Receipt. Client Support Activities:
Verbal Non- verbal communication with the client for effective efficient query resolution.
Co- ordination with the technical team client for maintenance/ new installation / re- installlation regarding activities.
Handle sales queries and communicate the same to Aashish Sir or Puneet Sir (Corporate queries)
Welcome call for new installed product feedback regarding services. Skills:
The candidate should have the knowledge about the data presentation (Bar graph, pie chart)
Report analysis (monthly report for revenues expenses) .
He/ she should have the enthusiasm for working in team work.
Good communication skill, polite speaking and have the approach for expanding production with his/ her skills. Supported file type: PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX
