Expected Skills/ Competency/JD: 

• System Analyst/Architect with expertise in expert in developing DLLs using Embarcadero Delphi and Dot Net(C#).

• Experience in developing Windows based applications, Windows services

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Monitor all the stages of the project lifecycle from requirements capture, through design, development, testing and deployment in production

• Co-ordinate with different stakeholders such as vendors, business teams, technology teams, product teams and marketing teams

• Write and maintain documentation of project specifications, SOW (Statement Of Work), FSD (Functional Specification Document) and SRS (System Requirements Specification)

• Manage the relationship with all the different project stakeholders

Must have Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and 2 years in software project management

• Should be proficient in developing Windows applications in Embarcadero Delphi, Visual Studio.Net(C#)

• Should be experienced in developing client server applications using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL

• Should be proficient in SQL, T-SQL & PL/SQL

• Should be proficient in XML, JSON, REST services & SOAP services

• Should have experience in version control systems like GIT, BitBucket & Mercurial

• Should have mass rollout experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have Skills :

• Preferable expertise in EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Retail POS applications and integration of POS systems with ERP systems

• Preferable experience in Delphi third party components like Woll2Woll InfoPower, Devart Unidac, Devart SecureBridge & TMS

• Preferably experienced in agile management tools like JIRA

• Solid organizational skills including diligence and multitasking skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
