• Participate in the business requirements gathering process
• Plugin development for Magento, Opencart, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Prestashop and Drupal
• Assist in the development of any or all aspects of the systems design, code construction, database design, unit and integration testing and implementation
• Write clean well-designed code
• Provide fixes for software defects, software enhancements and other modifications as required
• Keep software systems operational and responsive after being accepted and placed into operation; adopt a repeatable process
• Maintain application changes (content changes, code fixes, etc.)
• Deployment and installation of PHP Code/Plugins on servers (AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean Droplets)

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in in PHP back-end development.
• Experience of plugin development for Magento, Opencart, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Prestashop and Drupal or other similar Content Management Systems
• Good knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB, MongoDB, HTML and JSON/XMLExperience with Linux operating system
• Good knowledge of web servers like Nginx, Apache
• Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Quick learner, team player, always up to date with new technologies
• Ensure quality products are delivered in a timely manner
