Detailed Job Description:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle of recruitment process(In house Recruitment)
  • Making Job Descriptions for various requisitions.
  • Sourcing profiles through web portals, Linkedin, Facebook.
  • Posting the requirements on job portals.
  • Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile against given requirements of resumes sourced
  • Co-ordinate interviews efficiently and makes the event happen.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
  • Salary negotiations and Date of Joining
  • Making confirmations regarding new hires.
  • Taking care of Joining Formalities
  • Employee Relations- Grievance Handling.
  • Full Final settlement - Processing F F settlement and relieving formalities with approval and as per policy.
  • Conduct Exit Interview.
