Roles and Responsibilities
Participating in recruitment efforts
Preparing and updating job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn)
Craft Sending recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Send job offer emails and answer.
