Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving inbound calls at Contact Centre and driving customer experience.
- Responsible to answer incoming calls from customers
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Experienced telemarketing/tele-caller preferably from insurance industry
