Atleast B.Tech / B.E. in Computers , Electrical , Electronics / Telecommunication Or MCA
Recent Hands - on programming experience.
More than 3 years of experience in software development.
Experience with Java , Enterprise Java and / or open source products (Struts , Spring , Hibernate , Tomcat , JBoss , MySQL , Ant , Maven , CVS , Eclipse) and expert knowledge of OO.
Good understanding of software development methodologies viz. Waterfall , RUP and Agile.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
