Roles and Responsibilities

 

Manager- Business Performance Improvement

Management Consultants performance improvement experience (preferably in management consulting firms) in domains of supply chain, procurement, operations improvement & sales acceleration. Should be from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges and certification in six sigma / lean and analytics tools will be preferred.

Base location shall be based out of Delhi NCR, and the client base will be in India and MENA (Middle East and North Africa).

•Delivers through a project team, made up of Protiviti and client staff, operational and financial improvements within a client organization supply chain , procurements, operations improvement and cost reduction.

  • Delivers a result to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints
  • Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost, and quality requirements
  • Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project s sponsor and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate the project team. Create a detailed project plan
  • Manage the level or risk in the project and implement effective control procedures
  • Deliver the management of the project according to Protivitis policies and procedures
  • Can fully cover for the Project Manager for short periods of time (on a large project)
