Roles and Responsibilities

Daily sales reports primary, Secondary and monthly data base analysis.

• Distributor Management System Report analysis
• Bizom Secondaries and schemes implementation
• To prepare allocation of SKUs stockiest wise and warehouse wise
• To prepare incentive for stockiest& sales person
• To track targets vs achievements Monthly, Quarterly and yearly
• Analysis of reports and examine monthly basis for review meeting
• Preparing attendance report on monthly basis
• To prepare targets area and distributor wise monthly and yearly

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferable

• Should be fluent in Hindi and English

• Preferably candidates from FMCG sector

• Should have experience in SAP Software

• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and management skills
