Roles and Responsibilities
- Pre-qualification and finalization of bidders for bidding process.
- Preparation of bid documents and issue to shortlisted bidders.
- Techno-commercial Comparison of received bids, negotiation, finalization of bidders.
- Preparation bid summary, recommendation letter (NFA)
- Preparation of contract documents for execution.
- Verify Non-schedule items, Rate analysis.
- Generate and implement Sourcing strategies, operations and vendor Management.
- Develop vendor strategies to reduce risk and generate optimal cost.
- Negotiate with shortlisted bidders, primarily in terms of price, delivery schedule & payment terms.
- Manage purchase requisitions and orders/contracts.
- Prepare purchase orders and contracts documents.
- Manage existing vendor and supplier relationships/ performance.

- Ability to critique and understand vast amount of data.
- Developing and managing procurement/contracts department.
- Positive, confident and friendly demeanor with high level of integrity.
- Confident in presenting to decision makers in both public and private organizations.
- Preferred from commercial interior/real estate industry.
