Roles and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to achieve the sales revenue target for the F&F showroom, customer relationship & walk in client services, sales administration (billing, collection & banking), sales promotion & branding and frontline business development & marketing activities
- Ensure that the showroom sales target as well as assigned individual target is met.
- To ensure execution of all activities related to product , new launches , advertisement & promotion campaigns, loyalty programs, special schemes being advised by H.O. to the showroom from time to time.
- Ensure that the primary role of order taking , collection and any other commercial terms are executed and complied with as per co: policy.
- Ensure that sales quotations , order booking are approved by the SM , monitored daily & follow up with HO to ensure that these orders are customer orders are executed within the timeline committed.
- Responsible for all branding & visual merchandise setting up at the showroom as per defined templates & inputs given by the Marketing team from HO.
- Ensure that the showroom display & sample products , product catalogue are available & up to date with the product range/style /color and quantity at all times .
- Maintain cordial as well as professional relationship with the clients in line with the tradition , image and values of the organization .
- Ensure that all reporting ( written and verbal) are submitted to Showroom Manager as per defined timeline and formats .
- Seek and give market feedback on product, product range , service expectation from customers
- Responsible for handling customer complaint and resolution at the shop floor level.
