1. Minimum of 1-2 full life cycle implementations for Payroll and 3-7 years of experience is design and configuration of Payroll module

2. Strong india Payroll knowledge

3. 3-7 years of experience in design and configuration of Payroll

4. SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll

5. Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI (Finance)

6. Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Good logical and analytical skills

9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
