Roles and Responsibilities
All Branding work- individual or bulk to be done within timelines, fixed region-wise. Proactive
planning to ensure execution of all strategic changes happens based on Company Goals.Reduction
in branding cost and solutions to be provided for the same. Market Feedback on Branding material, artwork etc to be shared monthly based on competitor analysis and CIC benchmarking.
Detailed Brand wise quantification and cost are to be made available post any branding execution.
Quality Check and Cost Optimization to be planned for CES and EMI Branding.
Proactive planning & Procurement of POP and plan to maintain at the warehouse to be efficiently
done and monitored month on month. Review of POP request and dispatch to be planned
accordingly. Cost Reduction with proper analysis and creative thinking to be done to ensure the
quality of POP is maintained despite Cost efficiency.
Data Management for all Branding Work in each category with a Tracking File Management system
for easy understanding. POP Budget Utilization vs procurement and Vendor Tracking and updation
to enhance transparency across all departments. Expense Record Maintenance
Consolidate multiple vendors to a single point of contact for each region and empower smooth
and effective work. Develop new Vendors for POP, Branding and Corporate gifting. Training
Vendors in the quarterly interval to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality and improvement of
timeline

coordination
Should be responsible for Inventory planning and management, Consumer Experience
Management and Employer Branding
Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills and Interpersonal skills

Analytics & observation skills are required
Aggression towards work & Building professional relationship with partners
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 3 to 5 yrs of experience in MIS preparation and Account management.
Experienced in executing BTL activities, planning/procuring and managing POSM.
Proficient in MS Office
