JD SQL/Unica Operations Offshore
General Position Requirements / Scope
- Will be a part of operations team working on marketing operations business.
- Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergies
- Daily hands on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, query build) using SQL/Python on Jupyter Notebook, UNICA experience will be an advantage
- Conduct extensive quality audits on segments in Python. Interact with client stakeholders for validation
- Ability to build or update existing classes, functions or packages in Python based on changing business needs
- Ability to liaise with the client on new business requirements and provide recommendations on the best possible method to achieve the desired results
- Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Python and Teradata.
- Hands on experience with SQL and experience building campaigns [an advantage], critical to perform role successfully
- Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving.
- Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects.
Candidate Profile Technical Skills
- Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in managing email campaigns/ campaign operations
- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 4 years of experience of working on IBM UNICA Marketing Automation platform/SQL. Certification is added plus.
- MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT
- Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans.
- Outsourcing / offshoring experience is a plus
- Overall experience > 5 years
- Experience in leading teams of size > 5 [will be an advantage if managed teams]
- Proven project management skills with experience of having executed at least 1 big project successfully
- Proven expertise in developing solutions based on client requirements
- Strong knowledge of managing operations in an outsourcing setup
- Proven expertise and experience in client engagement
